In cases of good news and bad news I never know which is best served first.
Is it better to lead quickly with the bad news, like ripping off a band-aid? Or cushion the bad news with a dose of good news first? I never know.
As it happens I don’t have any bad news, only good news here Muesli Friends. (This is the 3rd news sharing option, denial, also called lying) I’ll do it quickly. Ready?
- After much thought and consideration Peace, Love and Muesli is being retired. Today is the last new post.
- I have a new blog, Kristin’s Glas, where I will share thoughts and musings as I bumble through life doing my best not to be a grump.
- Sue from Mommy’s Pen and I have been working hard to bring a new project to the internet, stand by. It will include everything you love here at Peace, Love and Muesli and more. There will be recipes, fear not healthy eaters I have not totally abandoned you.
Peace, Love and Muesli will stay live until our new project is ready to launch, then these posts will be rolled into the new site’s archives. But just in case if there are recipes or information you’d like to hang onto I advise you to get printing. There’s a handy printer friendly button on every page.
The 5 Make Ahead and Freeze Dinner Recipes will be available until January 20th and then they will be gone forever. If you want them, get them now.
Thanks friends for all your support and kindness over the past few years. Friends are the best part of blogging for me. I can’t wait to reveal our secret project to you and in the meantime, please come and hang out with me at Kristin’s Glas.

Wow! But yay for you all at the same time! This is exciting!
Thanks Liz!
so this is the first time i’ve bothered to click over to your blog. shame on me. and then i see that you’re disbanding it or whatever. why bother with all that? why not just morph this one into the one you’d prefer it be?
Thanks exactly what I am doing. Only I am throwing a new blog into the mix.
Change is always good, sometimes scary but it fun. I look forward to the new blog.
I had a panic last night before bed, doubting the whole plan. Nearly got up and deleted everything.
Scary is right.
We are going to knock their socks off, friend.
We sure are!
Can’t wait!
Well I am glad it isn’t just a full, I am done with blogging post. That would have sucked. On to bigger and better things. I will follow you on your other blog now
Thanks Chantal. I consulted a few folks before I made this decision and it was determined that I was not allowed to quit entirely. I am looking forward to some more creative writing.
Wow this is exciting news! Can’t wait to see your top-secret project.
I know you are going to like it. Thanks for your support Maggie.
Congrats Kris! Change is good and your on to bigger things. I would love a copy of all your great PLM recipes in a book! Serious!
I am considering it… the amount of work required to do that is discouraging me.
I agree with Heather. Change IS good. Why limit yourself to one topic when you have so many great projects to share. Heading over to Kristinglas to sign up now.
Thanks Poppy!
looking forward to seeing how these changes unfold. exciting things i imagine are headed your way!
Let’s hope so, I could use some excitement. Or maybe I could use less excitment.
It’s hard to know.
Thanks Devon.
Congratulations! Can’t wait to see what you write next
Thanks Maija
Can’t wait to see what you and Sue have planned!
It’s gonna be fun.
And of course I dropped over here with a pounding heart.
When I think of how many bloggers just in the past two years that have just said, “too much” and checked out.
But, this…this is good.
Growing pains are good.
Can’t wait to see: it’ll be wonderful: I love your style and Sue’s.
It’ll be wonderful.
I wasn’t allowed to give up entirely, and I enjoy writing and connecting. What else would I do with myself?
A bittersweet ending! I’m going to miss your posts on this blog
but I’m very happy to hear you will still be somewhere on the blogosphere. I’m also proud of you for having the courage to walk away from something that may no longer be serving your greatest good. The hardest part is often knowing when to move on.
Bittersweet is the right word! I promise you will LOVE our new site, it’s right up your alley.
Thank you Lucy.
I’ll miss this . . . but looking forward to the new.
I think I will miss it too.
Congratulations on the decision to change things up and start something fresh and new.
Change is (almost) always good! I’m looking forward to hearing more about your new venture. PL&M was grand… your next project will be even better, I just know it! Cheers!
There is nothing constant in the world but change. I’m looking forward to know how this change modified your life.
Thanks for sharing!
